If you use Facebook Login with AAA Ticketing, we may store the Facebook account identifier needed to connect your Facebook login to your AAA Ticketing account. If Facebook provides it, we may also store basic profile information used to create or update your account, such as your name, email address, and profile picture.
When you request data deletion through Facebook, Meta sends AAA Ticketing a signed request. We verify that request before making changes. If the request is valid, we remove the Facebook Login connection from your AAA Ticketing account and clear Facebook-sourced profile data that can be safely removed automatically, such as your Facebook profile picture.
The automated request returns a confirmation code and a status link. Requests are normally processed immediately, and the status link will show whether the request has been completed.
A Facebook Login data deletion request does not delete tickets, orders, carts, refunds, event access records, venue access records, or the account records needed to operate those services. These records may be retained for legal, accounting, refund, fraud-prevention, event-operation, and customer-support purposes.
